Acceptance of terms

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate any law or rights of others.

The Services may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Fees & billing

Where paid features apply, you agree to pay all fees per the ordering document or online purchase flow. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Taxes may apply.

Compliance & export

You will comply with all applicable laws, including anti-corruption, sanctions, and export control laws. You may not use the Services in restricted jurisdictions or for prohibited purposes.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDMONT HOLDINGS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Goldmont Holdings and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately for violations of these Terms or where required to protect the Services or comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but certain provisions survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).

Governing law & disputes
